White Grape Varieties
• Semillon
In the case of Semillon, its character depends on its regional growth and techniques used for making the wine. They vary distinctly, from the unique minerality found in Hunter Semillon to the perfumed style from Clare Valley and the oak aged style of the Barossa Valley.

• Riesling
This aromatic wine is light to medium bodied and well-structured. It is characterized with floral and citrus with a refreshing acidity. Its structure gives it excellent cellaring potential.

• Chardonnay
This is one of the most popular wines internationally. Its fruity character lies in the climate it is grown in, and ranges from a tropical flavor to citrus tang. The generosity in flavor and affinity with oak lends it to a host of various styles. Only the best lead to long term cellaring.
